A collection shows no pictures yet
Art is read from IPFS and the chain, the busiest collections first. Opening a collection moves it up the queue, so give it a few minutes and come back.
My wallet says wrong network
The site runs on Elysium. Click your wallet chip in the header and choose Switch. If the network isn't in your wallet yet, it gets added on the spot.
A trade didn't go through
If the wallet said rejected, nothing was sent. If it reverted on chain, the listing was most likely bought or changed just before you. Nothing but gas leaves your wallet on a revert. Reload and try again.
Where are my points?
Points count real sales through the market, 100 per HYPE, plus 50 for each wallet that joins through your link. The board rebuilds about once a minute, so a fresh trade can take a moment to show.
